The Jira de San Marcos is celebrated on April 25th. In the morning, after a good breakfast with typical sweets at the doors of the Hermitage of San Roque, where a few days before the Saint has been transferred, the pilgrimage begins accompanying him, walking, on horses or in carriages, to his Hermitage on the outskirts of the town. There, a multitude of booths are set up where the celebration is held.
